Welcome to Miss Amber MD Academy of Excellance. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and enrolling in our training courses. By accessing this website and booking a course, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.
1. Course Bookings
1.1 Deposits
•A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the chosen course.
•This deposit will be deducted from the total course fee.
1.2 Full Payment
•Full payment is due 14 days prior to the start date of your course.
•Failure to make full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will not be refunded.
2. Payment Methods
•Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
•For bank transfers, payment details will be provided upon booking. Please ensure you include your full name or booking reference as the payment reference.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by You
•If you wish to cancel your course booking, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the course start date to be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
•Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Cancellation by Miss Amber.MD Academy of Excellence
•In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
•Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your booking to an alternative course date at no extra charge.
4. Changes to Courses Miss Amber MD Academy of Excellence reserves the right to make changes to course content, trainers, or schedules if necessary. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements where appropriate.
5. Your Right to Complain We aim to provide the highest quality training and customer service. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, you have the right to complain:
5.1.Submit your complaint in writing via email to our support team.
5.2.Provide full details of your complaint, including your course details and any supporting evidence.
5.3.We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.If you are still dissatisfied after we have handled your complaint, you may escalate the matter to a relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or contact Trading Standards.
6. Use of Website
