We kindly request that you carefully review and fully comprehend the terms on which Miss Amber MD provides services to its clients prior to booking any treatments or procedures. *It is important to note we are NOT affiliated with any other organisation that may use similar terminology or branding.
1. Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- Consultations & Appointments
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your appointment by calling us on 0161 362 4191 or whatsapp us following this link: wa.me/441613624191 This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
• Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or, where applicable, a treatment being redeemed from your package.
- Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments:
• Doctor appointments: £250
• Nurse/Therapist appointments: £150
• Subsequent treatments:
• Up to £350: £50 deposit
• Over £1,000: £500 deposit
• Deposits are deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable as they represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss incurred due to missed appointments or late cancellations.
• If no bookings are made within 12 months, unused deposits will be forfeited.
- Pre-Paid Value Packs & Courses
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booked treatment being redeemed from your package.
• All courses and value packs must be used within 12 months of purchase. Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Clinic Manager.
• Value packs are non-refundable, except in cases of serious medical conditions (e.g., cancer diagnosis) preventing treatment. Medical evidence will be required. Refunds will be calculated by deducting the full list price of treatments already taken, plus any non-attendance charges.
2. Appointments & Attendance
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, with loss of deposit or treatment.
• While we strive to keep appointments on time, Miss Amber MD reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as early as possible.
• If you fail to attend or arrive late for a free follow-up appointment, you will be required to book a new consultation and cover applicable fees for consultation and any additional treatment (“top-up”).
- Children Policy
• Clients attending treatments must not be accompanied by children unless another adult is present to supervise.
• Children under 16 years cannot be left unattended in the clinic. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and loss of deposit or treatment session.

• If you believe you may be unable to complete a treatment course due to health concerns, please contact the Clinic Manager for guidance.
